If you choose to pay for your pot online, the carriage cost shown will automatically be added to your invoice. If you wish to purchase multiple pots, please get in touch so that we can provide a combined carriage cost for you.

Are the larger pots very heavy ?

Some of our pots are very heavy so you may need some help the other end to manoeuvre.

Can I have my pot delivered to somewhere other than my billing address?

You are able to opt for your delivery destination – it does not have to be the bill holders address.

Will I need to wait long for my pot to be delivered?

We dispatch straight from our shop, so delivery is quick and efficient.

How will i know that you have received my order?

You will receive a confirmation of order from us after payment is received.

Can I collect my pot from your shop?

You are of course welcome to come and collect – if you opt to collect an order you may want to consider a stop-over; there is a variety of excellent accommodation nearby, from modest B&B’s to historic hotels, all of which are well placed for exploring Warwickshire’s numerous attractions including both Warwick and Kenilworth Castle, Coventry Cathedral, Stratford-upon-Avon, and many National Trust properties and gardens including the world famous gardens of Hidcote Manor.
